Tony Valdez was born and raised in Belton, Texas.  He started working with his family at an early age doing construction work throughout Central Texas on residential and commercial projects.  Tony became fascinated with reviewing blue prints and was educated to understand these drawings and visually see the end product.  Starting at the bottom, a pick and shovel were his best friends.  So he understands hard work.  After many years of working through the ranks he began operating machinery, running crews, and eventually overseeing full projects.  His father told him, "Always be proud of your work and do things the right way".

Tony started his own company, Valdez Custom Homes in 1996 and has been building award winning homes for his friends and clients since.  Builder's Choice, People's Choice, and Most Impressive Feature are just some of the accolades that Valdez Custom Homes has won over the years.  Vision, Innovation, Design, and Customer Satisfaction are key goals for every home building project.  

 

Tony enjoys working with every client through the entire construction process.  Not only does he oversee Valdez Custom Home projects, but Tony can occasionally be seen personally operating tractors, building foundations, framing, and even completing detailed work that makes every home truly one-of-a-kind.

Due to Tony's strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction, he has elevated Valdez Custom Homes as one of the area's most well respected custom home builders in Central Texas.  He prides himself on each project, creating a bond and friendship that lasts a lifetime.

Tony is a husband and father.  His wife Tammy is a licensed realtor and has helped build Valdez Custom Homes into the business it is today.  They have three beautiful children; Tony Valdez III, Mikaela, and Maggie.
